Candidate Application Review

We conduct a thorough analysis of each candidate’s CV, verifying its relevance for the specific job offer.

Phone Contact

First, the HR Business Partner contacts the candidate to conduct a brief phone interview.

Recruitment Interview

The second step is an invitation to an online or in-office interview, attended by the HR Business Partner and a representative from the business side involved in recruitment.

On-Site Interview

For the second meeting, the candidate is invited to one of our offices.

Hiring Decision

The final step is making the hiring decision and presenting the candidate with a job offer.

My internship at UNIMOT Group was an amazing opportunity for me to deepen my knowledge in accounting, but also to learn more about the fuel industry. After the internship I was offered a job in the Accounting Department, where every day I expand my theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Every day I learn something new.
