Appointing Supervisory Board of UNIMOT S.A. for next term of office

Shareholders of UNIMOT S.A. at an Ordinary General Meeting have appointed the members of the Supervisory Board for a new, five-year term of office. Mrs Lidia Banach- Hoheker will debut in the company’s Supervisory Board.

On Thursday 20th May 2021 an Ordinary General Meeting of UNIMOT S.A. was held, during which the shareholders appointed into the composition of the Supervisory Board for the common, five-year term of office seven persons. The six of them are the previous members: Piotr Cieślak, Piotr Prusakiewicz, Bogusław Satława, Ryszard Budzik, Andreas Golombek and Isaac Querub. The new member is Mrs Lidia Banach-Hoheker – an experienced expert, member of the boards of multiple companies.

– We are proud of our Supervisory Board. This is a group of experts with experience in various areas, involved in supervision and support of the Management Board. The majority of them are independent members who have been with us for some time. Additionally, I am convinced that the change to the composition of the Board and joining it by Mrs Lidia Banach-Hoheker is a good step – says Mr Adam Sikorski, President of the Management Board and main shareholder of UNIMOT S.A.

Lidia Banach-Hoheker is a graduate of the Faculty of Management of Warsaw University, the course of Finance Management, holder of ACCA qualifications. She has held the position of Chief Financial Officer or board meber, among others, in Wincanton Polska sp. z o.o., Wincanton Marqueset France S.A., Mikom Sp. z o.o., Merlin.pl SA and Wydawnictwa Szkolne PWN Sp. z o.o. (company of the PWN Group). Presently, she is a Member of the Management Board for Financial Affairs in the PWN Group in the companies: Wydawnictwo Naukowe PWN SA, PZWL Wydawnictwo Lekarskie Sp. z o.o. and Estate Sp. z o.o.
