New design of petrol stations, modern interiors, restaurant area and high-quality coffee – already today the catering concept Eat&Go, guaranteed by the quality of the AVIA brand, will welcome its first customers at the newly-opened AVIA own stations in Poznan.
The UNIMOT Group keeps up the pace of developing the AVIA chain and opens next two petrol stations under this brand. The new stations are located in Poznan at 104c Grunwaldzka and 40 Ksiecia Mieszka I, and are managed directly by UNIMOT S.A.
I am extremely glad that we have acquired new stations in the AVIA chain in such excellent locations as the ones in Poznan. I am convinced that this will allow our Swiss brand to attract new customers — says Mr Robert Nowek, the Managing Director of the AVIA chain in Poland and Ukraine. This is a particularly important moment to us. Eat&Go is a European-scale format and we want to compete with the best players on the market, both with regard to the quality of products and services, as well as the look of our stations — adds Mr Nowek.
The latest solutions introduced at AVIA stations are a sublime mixture of minimalism, trendy colours, market trends and modern convenience shop: comfortable relaxation zone with regular sockets and USB ports to charge mobile phones, modern lighting with designer hanging lamps, proper planning of communication paths and modernised toilets. The colours of the interior are light – a light combination of beige and grey with wooden elements and eye-catching details in the most popular recently colour – mustard.
Following a dynamic development of the petrol stations of AVIA as well as the brand itself, refreshing the design of the stations and introduction of new, own brand have been considered a priority of our actions — admits Agnieszka Bobrukiewicz, Marketing Director of UNIMOT S.A. We have conducted a number of research, which shows that the selected brand is best adjusted to the expectations of our customers. I am extremely proud that today I can present the results of intense works during the last several months: a modern catering concept with exquisite coffee. It will be cosy, fresh, delicious, and comfortable — just as our customers want it — adds Bobrukiewicz.
The development of the own brand Eat&Go is the result of the conducted market analysis and customer expectations. Poles drink 95 litres of coffee a year and ever more frequently they buy at petrol stations. Thus, the company decided to meet these expectations and introduce a higher level of taste – both with regard to coffee, as well as the aesthetics of the place where it is drunk.
The coffee at the new AVIA stations is an original mixture of carefully selected beans, 100% Arabica of an exceptionally rich aroma and delicate, pleasant taste. It will be served from new coffee machines of the Swiss brand Franke. This brand will replace the previously used at the stations brand. The basic offer of Eat&Go will cover coffee and snacks. In the next stages of development it will be extended and adjusted to the needs of the customers.
AVIA stations in Poznan with Eat&Go are the first creation according to the new guidelines adopted for the brand. Next implementations will be conducted successively and will cover rebranding of new stations joining the chain and change of catering concepts at the selected, already operating stations.
Apart from introducing the new design of the stations, since May AVIA Poland is executing its marketing strategy “A big plus on your way”, where “plus” presented in the form of a Swiss cross is supposed to bring the connotations of the roots of the brand. The relation to Switzerland and the style known as Swiss Design can be found in the whole image communication of the brand – the projects use Helvetica type and the creations themselves are prepared based on the organised style, asymmetric shapes, distinct lines, minimalist block systems and characteristic of Switzerland white and red colours. The campaign will be conducted on the Internet, social media, radio, outdoor carriers in the vicinity of the stations and BTL communication at the stations, including modern large format screens Digital Signage. The brand is also developing a new collection of uniforms for the employees.
