UNIMOT conducted first transactions within sea fuels trading. Additionally, the Company announces an intensified development of AVIA chain in Poland.
In the middle of May, the current year, UNIMOT commenced international trading of liquid fuels. The Company conducted an important trading transaction on fuel products. It was a purchase of about 30 tonnes of petrol for the customer being one of the largest fuel and chemical concerns.
– We are very satisfied with this prestigious transaction – comments Mr Robert Brzozowski, Vice-President of the Board and Commercial Director of UNIMOT S.A. – Sales of product to one of the largest fuel concerns means a great ennoblement and therefore a sign of a very important stage of our activity development. Making use of our experience of many years as well as wide business contacts within the industry we are going to develop our potential also in the direction of international trading of fuels.
Simultaneously, UNIMOT intensified its activity in the retail fuels sales sector. The Company has concluded several new agreements with petrol stations owners, which will result in doubling the number of petrol stations under the AVIA brand already by the end of June this year.
– Our office for acquiring petrol stations has been working intensively, which is reflected in signing new franchise contracts – explains Mr Maciej Szozda, the President of UNIMOT S.A. – In the near future we are planning to start new petrol stations so as to make the AVIA chain in Poland include 30 stations at the end of the first half of this year.
Let us recall that UNIMOT has been building the chain of petrol stations under the AVIA brand since 2017. Currently, the chain includes 22 stations, in this 3 own ones.
