Information on transactions by a person discharging managerial responsibilities received pursuant to Article 19(1) MAR

The Management Board of Unimot S.A. (the “Issuer”), with its registered office in Zawadzkie, announces that it has received a notification on transactions in the Issuer’s shares submitted pursuant to Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation from the person discharging managerial responsibilities:

1. Mr Robert Brzozowski, Vice President of the Issuer’s Management Board,

    

2. Mr Filip Kuropatwa, Vice President of the Issuer’s Management Board.

The notification relates to the purchase of shares with funds received as a cash bonus for the purchase of shares, under the Company’s bonus scheme for directors.
