On February 3, 2025, in Warsaw, during a ceremonial gala accompanying EEC Trends, UNIMOT Group was honored with the WNP Awards. The award was granted to the company for its dynamic business growth, building energy independence, and active participation in the transformation of the fuel sector in Poland. The award was received by Aneta Szczesna-Kowalska, Vice President of the Management Board for HR, and Karolina Sikorska, Marketing Director. The statuette was presented by Mikołaj Budzanowski, President of EIT InnoEnergy Central Europe.
WNP Awards is an annual distinction granted by the editorial team of the WNP.PL portal to companies and business leaders who have a significant impact on the development of the Polish economy. This year’s edition of the competition had a special significance – marking the 25th anniversary of the WNP portal, special awards were also given to those who set trends, actively responding to the changing market challenges in the last quarter of a century. The jury appreciated bold initiatives, effective actions, and innovations that are shaping the future of the national economy.
The ceremony accompanied the EEC Trends conference, which brought together entrepreneurs, managers, experts, and representatives from the public sector – individuals shaping the direction of Poland's economic development. During this event, Aneta Szczesna-Kowalska participated in the panel titled “Labor Market – Situation, Forecasts, Solutions,” where she shared her insights on the evolving expectations of employers and employees, the role of new technologies in the recruitment process, and the challenges arising from the changing legislative environment.
