UNIMOT S.A., the listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange independent importer of liquid and gaseous fuels, has published the estimates of consolidated financial results for Q2 2021. According to preliminary data the consolidated adjusted EBITDA for Q2 2021 amounted to PLN 16.6 million.
According to the estimates the consolidated revenues on sales of the UNIMOT Group in Q2 2021 amounted to PLN 1 685.8 million and were up by 72% compared to the corresponding period of the past year. The consolidated adjusted EBITDA (for an estimated valuation of compulsory reserve, justified movements) reached the level of PLN 16.6 million, which means that the company has achieved 60% of the forecast for the whole year already in H1 2021.
We are pleased with the result achieved in Q2 of the present year. We welcome the successes in our primary business, that is the area of diesel oil, where we achieved higher than in Q2 of the past year and also higher than the assumptions of volumes and margins. Also, the retail chain of AVIA records better with each month results and beats records of sales. When it comes to challenges, these appeared primarily in the business of bio-fuels, photovoltaics and wholesale of electricity – says Mr Adam Sikorski, President of the Management Board of UNIMOT S.A.
The estimates were made to the best knowledge of the Management Board as of the day of their preparation and may be subject to change. The final data will be presented to the public in the report for Q2 2021, which according to the adopted schedule will be published on 24 August 2021.
