The form for reporting violations of law and internal regulations of Unimot S.A. ("Company"), used in accordance with the Company's current Procedure for reporting legal violations and taking follow-up actions. Reports can be made by whistleblowers – e.g. Company employees, contractors of the Company, employees of entities cooperating with the Company, or representatives of local communities connected to the Company's place of operation.

What is the purpose of the Reporting Form

The form allows the whistleblower to provide the Company with information about improper or undesirable behaviors related to the Company's activities, resulting in violations of legal regulations or the Company's internal regulations (e.g., code of ethics, human rights violations, corruption).

Purpose of reporting violations

The provided information allows for their identification and – if necessary – the implementation of corrective actions and the prevention of similar incidents in the future.

Anonymous reports

The form allows for the submission of an anonymous report. If the whistleblower wishes to remain anonymous, they do not provide contact details.

Confidentiality of the report

In the case of reports containing information that identifies the whistleblower, confidentiality is ensured in accordance with the Procedure.

Response to the report

The person making the report, who has provided contact details, will receive confirmation of receipt of the report within 7 days of its submission. They will also be informed of the outcome of the conducted investigative proceedings.
